Help me pick a fabric, I have overload!

This pattern...

wesewretro.com/2013/04/jiffy-dress-simplicity-1609/ and I want to do the green dress with the contrasting collar.

I am almost sold on the orange flower print with a solid orange collar but I love the other fabrics too! I would use the fabric for the dress and then pick out a colour on the fabric for a solid block collar.

I like the yellow paisley floral and think the orange print is cute for that dress. Very 60's inspired!! What will you suit. I personally couldnt wear either colours because i am sallow.

Btw..the dress is really nice and i love it on the models but personally that woman looks awful in the orange dress. It just actually looks too small on her..like she has squashed it on esp round her boobs. It shouldnt be fitted like that should it?

I agree it shouldnt be that fitted. I think she either over fitted it or is in denial about her size!

I'd go for the box stripe unless you're aiming for a fancy dress look?

My second choice would be your original orange idea.

High necks and big norks are never a good combination.

I wear a lot of vintage stlye clothes so although the orange is very "fancy dress" (thanks for that! :o) it wouldnt bother me to wear it out. But I though that the box stripe would look quite modern and different. I might do both!
