Tulip style work dress?

I'm looking for smart dresses for work and the only ones I'm finding in the shops that look ok over my post baby tummy are A-line and I feel a bit ridiculous.

I know that tulip shaped dresses often suit me as they drape really nicely over the tummy and hips and I have quite a high waist (what there is of it) but I can't find any anywhere. Has anyone spotted any?

I actually spotted a nice cream one in Tesco.. They may have it in other colours.
