Job interview help for long term sahm.

I am job searching after a very long 7 year break.

I used to work in childcare so I've never had a formal office type wardrobe but after retraining I am hoping to go into an accounting office but now I am panicking about what to wear.

Would it have to be a suit? Or would a smart dress and jacket do?

Where would a flat-broke, size 16 women find something decent?

Would I look daft in flats as I'm not one for heels really... though I am short...

Help!

Smart dress with ballet pumps or trousers & blouse combo are perfectly acceptable. Think suits (on women) may actually be a bit outdated. Good luck with the interview!
