What's your exfoliating method? I'm finding a scrub in the shower and a brush before moisturising isn't working and I'm getting ingrowns on my legs. They're not horrendous because they're along the surface and I can pull them out with tweezers but it's getting tedious and they're increasing in number. Wondering if there was anything better to prevent them.

I use those exfoliating gloves which seem to work a treat for me?!

Cheap salt as a scrub down in your shower, followed by a moisturiser when you get out.

Very simple and really cheap.

I'm a life model so I work nude 75% of my working life, this routine has never let me down.

You may still get the odd ingrown hair but it is very infrequent.

Disclaimer - I shower every day, if you leave it longer between exfoliating, you will probably still have problems

Since I started using papaya oil as a moisturiser it's been a lot better - it helps break down the dead skin.

Will try the papaya oil and salt scrub, thanks.
I currently use the gloves with a lush scrub in the shower then moisturise after.
I have very thick dark hair that grows incredibly quickly. I wish my body moulted as much as my head does
