Urgent interview help!

Called to short notice interview and had no time to put anything else together. Is this ok (local govt interview?) ignore shoes please I have nothing else and need to walk quite far. I have no suit and no trousers that fit (on maternity leave)

Personally I'd wear the jacket if that's the only one you have.

The jacket is not ideal being navy but its shows you've made the effort to look structured and smart.
