Anyone know about Clarins Foundation?

Went to replace my usual foundation today (YSL Teint Eclat), and got seduced into buying a bottle of Clarins Skin Illusion foundation instead (lovely gift) .

Now having a bit of a wobble as the colour looks quite pale in the bottle, and I now see that it is oil free. Haven't used yet so could still take back and swap.

I'm in my 40s want something hydrating/illuminating, with reasonable coverage. Do you think I've been sold the right one?

I don't know that exact foundation, but it sounds like it's what you're looking for:
"This light-reflecting, oil-free and hydrating foundation perfectly combines mineral and plant ingredients to create a naturally radiant complexion with light to medium coverage. Clarins Light-Optimizing+ Complex and Pink Opal Pigments, combined with a unique blend of ingredients, continuously hydrate and protects skin resulting in a beautifully radiant and perfectly even complexion.
