Red lipstick, naff?

Going out tonight. Usually make up is very minimal. Tempted to wear red lipstick, but wondering if it's a bit naff? I wear glasses so not sure whether it would work or not? Don't want to draw attention to myself, but fancy a different look!

I love red lipstick so long as the rest of the look is right and the lipstick is matte and the right shade for the skin tone of the wearer. Go for it, I say.

I wear red/berry lipsticks all the time, even with glasses. I think it looks great.

No it will be beautiful so long as you have the right shade for your skin. Im pale with dark hair so I stay away from orangey reds.

Timeless Classic IMO

I've got quite light blonde hair, it's a nice shade though and not barbie. The red I've got it's quite bright .. Is that a no no?
