Hi Ladies (and any gents) of Mumsnet!
We just wanted to thank you all for your lovely comments and support and give a quick up date to anyone who is still awaiting orders.
As you can imagine we have received a very high number of orders and some colours and styles are more popular than others meaning that some items are taking longer, but every order will be fulfilled. We aim to make all orders in date order, where possible, to keep things fair for everyone who has ordered. Almost all bags are made to order but a small number of clearance items are ready made stock which has allowed us to despatch these bags more quickly.
Just to help give some guidance I know there have been queries over the different statuses on accounts so we have put a guideline below for you.
Processing – This means your order has been received and is waiting to go into production.
Printed – This means your order is either in production being made or waiting within the production queue.
Complete – This means your bag is on its way!
If anyone has emailed a specific query to customer services regarding their order please bear with us. Each morning we arrive to hundreds of emails, so it is taking us a little longer than normal to get a reply back to you!
