Nerf, my last order is all denim items and I'm worried I won't like them, I'll have to wait and see.

Holger, the brown saddle bag is on the clearance section and was £20 but is showing as out of stock. It's gorgeous but will hold very little so I'm not sure how practical a bag it will be. The one in the stock photo isn't as nice as the one I received..

I don't blame them but each time I've ordered, I made the mistake of looking at the clearance section again only to find they have added more stuff!

If you didn't order quickly, some items went out of stock very fast and then when you've ordered more lovely bags are added!

I'd have like the saddle bags to be wider with an internal divider but am impressed with how they look.

I want one of the molten saddle bags but I can't choose between green and orange.

I like the orange best.

I got a teal becksondergaard scarf which i think would go very nicely with the green one. Sigh. So hard.

Play it safe with the orange one as that will go with everything.

However, the green one has the 'different from every one else' vibe going on so I'd be tempted to go for green.

Don't buy the green if it only goes with one scarf, it needs to go with your general look or be a contrast to a neutral palette.

Yes those were my two considerations as well. Really I ought to just get both :-D

But I went for the green - I have quite a few safe bags already and I quite like the more unusual vibe of the green. It will go with quite a few things for winter, the scarf is just uppermost in my mind ATM since it's a recent purchase.

Now I really must STAY AWAY from that blasted sale!! I justify it by saying that I will return two. Or maybe save two for Christmas presents, one for each of my daughters.

I am really glad that the quilted collection is only 30% off as otherwise I'd be sorely tempted by the nude tote for summer. Ahhhh bags, you can never have too many...

Also like the quilted white for summer. And the quilted black for evenings!

You won't stop at just one!

Has anyone bought a large saddle bag? I am not sure to keep a large one for myself or not. It looks lovely but seems quite bulky. The small one holds very little but looks divine when carried.

What would people say has been the average waiting time for delivery? Also has anyone actually had a reply when emailing about delivery?.. Getting impatient

I'm waiting on a small pewter saddle bag. I ordered it on 28th June.

It is annoying! Even though it says it can take up to 30 days it would be nice to know. I emailed this morning but no response as of yet..

It's the 3-28 days. It gives you hope that it will be less - and even says that it is often less (or words to that effect). And then you get irritable waiting for the bag/ bags.

Their customer service is brilliant. I messaged them and they phoned me up less then half an hour later.

Some things will come quickly because they have the leather in stock but others will take longer as they have to order the correct amount of materials in as each bag is made to order.

That's why my second order arrived before my first order! I'm still waiting on the denim collection but was told that it will be nearer the 28 days.

The bags are so lovely, they are worth the wait.

OMG i am just back from holiday and checked my emails and they have more on their website!! Just ordered a red molten lava mini micro!!!!! I have a serious zatchel addiction!

Oh shit accidentally bought a green molten lava micro satchel

They are bloody brilliant!

I contacted them to say that the last order I have outstanding includes two denim saddle bags in small and large and I had changed my mind and wanted to swap them for a chestnut satchel instead.

They told me to go ahead and order the chestnut satchel.

They cancelled the two denim ones and issued an immediate refund and another refund of £5.99 for the postage I paid on ordering the chestnut satchel on its own.

I can't fault them, they are so helpful and very quick to reply and help sort out any problems.

they have very good customer service at zatchels, very responsive :)
