UV Swim tops

Hi, last year I bought my boys UV tops that had the SPF on the label, as they've out-grown those I've been out searching more. There seem to be swim tops seemingly of the same material, but with no SPF on the label. Will these do the same job or is it necessary to have the SPF confirmed? Very confused as to what magic ingredient suddenly gives these tops an SPF as basic material seems the same?? Any help greatly appreciated!!

If I've understood you right(just finished work so I'm still a bit foggy) - nutmeg at morrisons has some swim tops with some UV protection in them. There's also those longer swimsuits that go down to knees and elbows, iyswim? And I'm not sure about all stores but in ours some swimwear is 25% off ATM which is always handy Smile

Thank you, I will definitely have a look. Do they all have the SPF on the labels? :-)

I think so - couldn't be certain that all of them do but I know the suits do, and they have matching hats! The tops are made of the same material so I would assume they do too but I'm not 100%!Smile
