Can you find a cheap tunic-style dress that it a bit flared? I also think those plastic ever-so-slightly slightly jelly shoes that are in the shops at the moment look quite 60s.

If she has enough hair, if you put an alice band on, back come the hair on her crown to buggery and pin or clip it there, you get a quick and easy 60s bouffant.

Go beatnik-y. Miniskirt with thick tights and Mary Janes if she wears them, any flat shoe if not. Any plain top (black and white striped tshirt would be good).

Hair side parted like twiggy if its short, back combed with a hairband if not.

Otherwise she could be a hippy if its easier to find flares, ethnic top and sandals.

Primark have nice thin silky polyester patterned tunics atm, very short and A line, with 3/4 length sleeves. They are nice, too skimpy for me but for this would be perfect with white tights and t-bar shoes, and a 60s hairdo.

Which bit of the sixties?

Early part beatnik, baggy sweater, and jeans and pointy flat shoes, with black eye liner.

Later part, A-line dress with lowish block heeled shoes, false eye lashes and loads of eye make up with white or very pale lipstick and foundation. Hair, full or side fringe, neatly combed .

OR, hippy, long flowing skirts, halter top, bandana around head and loads of eye makeup again.

Long hair is essential for the last look.

It's just the 60s in general dd will have to wear converse or trainers as she wears afos and they only fit in her trainers
