Can anyone recommend me foundation that works with dry skin and covers slight redness ok.Nothing too expensive so nothing more than £20 really. Am thinking something I can get from the high street as going shopping today.

I like the YSL brush on one, like touché éclat, but foundation. If I'm a bit skint, I buy maybelline dream satin.
Otherwise, invest in a decent face moisturiser for underneath.

Ok thanks. Had looked at dream satin but wasn't sure about it. I bought bourjois 123 perfect but it wasn't good at all.

Revlon colour stay is fab stuff applied with a damp beauty blender. I prefer the oil skin version weirdly for my dry skin.

See, I used to use the colour stay and found it would stick horribly to any dry patches. Has it changed?

The oily version is less drying and more moisturising ime so less likely to stick to dry bits. Are you using eucerin cream, it's really sorted my skin out.

I was also going to recommend Revlon Colour Stay, the coverage is fab. It's a reasonable price.

Like any other foundation though you need to moisturise first.

Thanks all. That's extremely helpful. Yes moisturise first always but my forehead is awful for dryness.

Dior forever or nude for me. Tried a few others but neither of these cake on any dry patches.
