Hi

I often post on here about the subject. I have been wearing a 30E for a while and have found it ok in say fantasie Rebecca or Freya.

My Panache one has really dug in my back of late as have the Elle Mcpherson one etc so I tend to stick with Fantasie as they are comfortable.

I went out yesterday in per una 32dd and tried on some in Debenhams. The bra fitter thought the 30 E t shirt bra looked too tight so I bought the 32dd which she thought was much better. Do Debenhams come up smaller in band?

Just stuck a tape measure round me over nightie and i think i am heading towards 32 and some of the 30s just aren't comfortable.

I wear a size 10 on top most of the time.

Debenhams gorgeous range do come up about a band size small.

It's quite common to vary between brands as some are a little bigger /smaller and it also depends on the fabric of the specific bra. I suspect for example that you would still be a 30 in most curvy Kate

I'm the same size atm and have just bought a few new bras. I found Mimi Holiday quite roomy in the 30 and Pour Moi pretty agonising tight, to give you some more examples. Freya are also spot on for me.

thanks that's reassuring. It is difficult.

wearing Rebecca Fantasie today, still on loosest hook and it feels great but not sloppy.

Freya and Fantasie are renown for their generous fit. Rebecca is a bit firmer than some of their other styles because of the strap placement but you'll still probably need at least a cup bigger in many other brands.

Their underwires also tend to sit further around underarm so if you find them comfy, bear that in mind. I find most other brands dig me terribly!
