White stuff returns

I need to return a WS dress. I have never bought from there before. The dress was bought on 11 May. They have a 30 day refund policy. I would really like them to stretch it a little.
What are my chances of a refund if I return it tomorrow (19 June)?

They may offer you an exchange or credit note, unless there's something wrong with it. I don't know- just guessing. They are pretty good with returns so may be nice to you!
