Heat Protection Spray

So after I've washed my hair I spray some on before blow drying. Fine.

But if I was to spray it on before straightening or curling my hair it would surely start hissing and steaming?

That can't be good for your hair can it?

I usually use boots heat protection serum on my hair after washing it, before blowdrying. I then use the heat protection spray when using my straighteners, which isn't often. The serum is also good on dry hair at the ends for smoothing them down.

Use serum when your hair's wet then blow dry. Then use this lovely stuff either just on its own or before straightening. Bed Head&utm_campaign=Google Shopping

It's the really watery sprays that tend to hiss - and even then it's just the sound of the water evaporating.
