Does it work? Do you put it on after foundation instead of powder or as well as powder?

What makes are good? Are cheap ones as good as pricier ones?

TIAThanks

MUA setting spray is really good, whenever I've used it, my makeup has lasted all day. I use it after powder/all makeup.

Will watch for the nude lip liner, as I'd like to find one too.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 17/06/2014 16:33

Is that Mua from super drug?

No idea about the setting spray but the nude lipliner from No7 is good

rootypig · 17/06/2014 16:41

MAC have just released a fixing spray that's supposed to be the bee's knees. Lots of people swear by a standard facial spritz - rosewater and glycerin is the classic, and cheap.

rootypig · 17/06/2014 16:41

Body Shop has an invisible liner.

jasmine1979 · 17/06/2014 17:33

I agree with the nude lipliner from no7. Lisa Eldridge helped create it I think?
As for fixing sprays I would recommend water every time. Does the same job and far better for your skin I expect. I like to use the small sprays of la-roche posay or avene water that cost about £3 each. I use them after powder and find it "sets" the make-up whilst also ensuring the skin looks really fresh and not overly done. Smile

Dame - ive just purchased the urban decay all nighter after having done some research. Have had it for a week but not tried it yet. Will let you know how it goes - sounds amazing from the majority of reviews.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 18/06/2014 12:28

I've heard about that, yes let me know please!

The young 'uns use hair spray apparently!Shock

I swear by the MUA one. Think it's £5 and it's brilliant, my makeup still looks fresh when I come in from work. Usually everything slides off my face by lunchtime.

PeppermintInfusion · 18/06/2014 13:38

Do you use the mua one before you've put on mascara? It makes my base look great and stay, but it smudges my mascara...

ImATotJeSuisUneTot · 18/06/2014 13:49

I use my mua one after all my make up except mascara. :-) otherwise it just seems to blow it onto my face and I get black spots all around my eyes.

Longleggedlovely · 18/06/2014 17:40

I bought the urban decay all nighter one when I was a bridesmaid recently. The whole bridal party used it and it works, make up didn't budge all day and it was warm! I have used it since and have discovered that your mascara needs to be completely dry or when your spritz and blink it smudges a bit. It's great stuff, not cheap but you don't need much and it's a big bottle.

OhTheDrama · 18/06/2014 20:50

I put it on with my mascara and don't get panda eyes.

Safmellow · 18/06/2014 21:05

Collection 2000 (thought I think it may just be called Collection now?) lip-liner is good, and cheap! Plus like the No7 one it winds up so you don't have to sharpen it. You can buy it in Superdrug.
