Bra size & style help please.

I measure 32 under bust & 40 at fullest. I have second guessed at sizing after being badly fitted in several shops...m&s etc

I feel uncomfortable and after 2 children & with progressing age my boobs are heading south. They are bottom heavy and quite wide and quite frankly just get in the way!

I'm in dire need of new bras but struggle to get time to shop. Any advice out there....please?

style wise, bottom heavy boobs struggle in tall, moulded cups. The typical moulded t shirt bra is generally grim. Half cups and balconettes are a lot better. Brands - wider breasts tend to get on better with Freya/Fantasie/Curvy Kate/tutti rouge. Bravissimo own brand half cups are good. Freya has a few - like the patsy half cup, gem half cup, marvel good too.
