One-step gel/ shellac - any recommendations?

I've seen one step gel advertised in a few salons. I fancy having a go myself, have seen uv lamps cheap on eBay. Has anyone used any one-step products, and would you recommend them? Ta.

Boots do. A version. It's brilliant and the starter pack has a uv lamp in it. I think it's called sensation nail. Really brilliant. I got it on offer at Christmas for £50 .00 not sure of price now but starter pack comes with everything you need plus two polishes. Uv lamp is very compact but effective. :)

Ah! Didn't realise that was a one-step. Thanks!

You could try Fuse (also in Boots)
I have tried and it works as long as you do 1 nail at a time.
Lasts up to a week-ish

Saying that, to be honest I have gone back to Sensationail though as although not a one step, it looks better and lasts longer!

Look at vinylux polish. You don't need a lamp and it lasts 1 week comes off with usual polish remover as well. Or smart polish. 2 coats, lamp and no base of top coat. Done in around 15 minutes.

I would second Vinylux.Lasts about 5 days without chips and dries so fast. It's the only one I can put on half an hour before U go out and trust not to smudge. Kinder to nails than Shellac to as removes with ordinary remover.

I have incredibly soft bendy nails, which means that no nail polish lasts more than an hour - honestly, that's no exaggeration. Would vinylux be any different do you think? I would lLOVE to be able to wear normal nail polish.
