I did Callanetics in the 80's and off and on through the 90's, and found the inches lost to be amazing! Now, I'm in dire need of it again. I started by buying the book, 10 yrs. DVD and the Evo DVD. I want to do this at the gym, but I can't find my new book. (I sold my old one at a garage sale. Idiot!)
Would someone please post the 2 pages that show which exercises to do for 10 Years Younger in 10 Weeks? I've Googled forever and can't find it printed. TIA
