I'd say it's a duff pair - I'm on my second pair, the first ones lasted 2 years IIRC. I love 'em

Actually I tell a slight lie - mine are Taboras - the same as Mayari but don't have the buckle on the front strap.

I too have Taboras and mine are into their 6th year. LOVE THEM.
