permaquandry · 12/06/2014 14:46

I used to use an Olay one that I loved but tis not available any more.

I'd like the least smelly one that goes well on pale/freckly skin.

Any recs?

Thanks!

Summer Body by Garnier doesn't smell badly.Kind of apricotty/ peachy smell.
Dove smells ( of Dove)
St. Tropez daily really smells (awful)
I streak with everything sadly.

I've just bought Loreal sublime bronze gradual today. No idea if it's any good or wether I will smell like a digestive biscuit. its been about 5 years since I used fake tan but I'm having laser hair removal this year so I can't go out in the sun.

The dove one is good..have used this week. I am very pale .

I am pale skinned and the only going that has worked for me is st tropez and I have tried so many. You must exfoliate and use a mitt though.

The light to medium in the garnier.

I agree with Coco- Summer Body in fair to medium rather than medium dark.
I streak Dove, Summer Body - everything!!!

Reporting back. Put the Loreal on this morning and I now need to go,and have a shower as I stink like a biscuit! The colour is lovely though.

loreal sublime bronze is the best I've tried (and I think I've tried most).
has a bit of colour when it goes on so you can see any bits you've missed.

I find putting it on in the morning then showering off the colour at night (so it doesn't go all over the bed sheets) works best.
I'm really pale and it gave me a very natural colour, not orange at all.
It's a bit more pricey than dove or johnsons but sainsburys usually do a third off or half price around this time of year.
