Outfit help needed for garden party

I've got a garden party to go to in a couple of weeks and I'm going shopping on my own this weekend for the first time since having my baby 10 months ago.

I tried to book in with the personal shopper at House of Fraser but she's not working unfortunately so I need some help from the style gurus

The dress code is summer smart casual. Where do I start?
I'm 5ft4, and currently a flabby size 10-12 with big boobs. Think I need something with definition on my top half otherwise I will look like a shapeless sack of potatoes.

Looks better in real life, I sized up for length, it really flatters and is perfect for daytime events, sold out online but still in store.

Meant to say, it also comes in white and khaki or blue and navy.

John Lewis & Debenhams also do personal shoppers so its worth a try with them.

I didn't try the next one in the end. I saw it on another thread and on the 40bum lady and decided it would do me no favours.
I got this in the end as it's a very nice fabric and good fit

But now I'm worried it's a bit boring... I suppose the right accessories will make a difference
