Bra Gurus! Sports bra help needed!

Now I'm sure that sports bra sizing is a bit different to normal sizing but I can't remember what the advice was. Can someone please refresh my memory?

I'm a 32FF sometimes 30G, wide set and shallow. Thanks!

I find them tighter than regular bras.

My current Shock Absorber Run is a 34D. In normal bras I wear a 32E. I do need a new sports bra, but went to try some on a while ago - and a 32 band wouldn't fasten. Nowhere near.

I would say size up in the band, and down in the cups.

Snug is good. Painful is not.
:)

The panache sport, unlike others, is true to size and fantastic. Most other including shock absorbers and Freya run a band small

So would I need to stick with the same cup size so order a 34FF?

I love the Panache one. I wear the same size I wear in other Panache bras. It's so comfortable I wear it sometimes when I'm not doing sport.

I wasn't impressed with the shock absorber - but the Freya is great (32g)

I've got a shock absorber. It's fantastic but I'm usually a 34FF and I'm having to wear it with an extender or I can't fasten it.
If you go for shock absorber I would get a bigger band.
Try amazon, they often have them for under £20, I think I paid £18 for mine

I agree, need to go up a back size with both Freya and Shock Absorber. Underwired Freya is great.
