Eyeliner that doesn't budge

Can anyone recommend an eyeliner that stays put? I am using Avon glimmer sticks which is good but does tend to smudge halfway through the day. I don't care for pencils that need sharpening.

Mac waterproof liquid liner. Can't remember what it's called but it comes in a tiny wee bottle.

It does not budge or smudge ever!

Urban decay 24/7 pencil eyeliner although that does need sharpening

so do you mean a liquid liner, doesn't most eyeliners need sharpening?

Clinique quick liner for eyes is also really good and doesn't need sharpening

No7 liquid eyeliner in gunmetal stays put. Other colours tend to be hit-and-miss (I found the navy blue one shockingly bad) but I actually have to scrub a bit to get the gunmetal one off.

I have used Clinique and Estée Lauder ones in the past but this is my current favourite.

Another vote for No. 7 liquid liner. The green one is tornado proof!

I recently bought rimmel's scandal eyes gel liner which claims to stay put for 24 hours. Have to admit I am really impressed. I was worried about applying it with the brush but it is soooo easy and doesn't smudge onto the top of my eye socket like others do. Was about £6 so not a bad price either. They do it in and few different colours.

Thanks for your replies. I do like pencil liners (the twist up ones) but the glimmer sticks smudges a bit. I used to have the Clinique one but it got expensive, though it is a bit cheaper on Amazon. I love No7 make up, used to use their black liquid liner but that was years ago. I see they have a black/Brown one now which might be worth a try.

Can buy it in Tescos or online -its £2, easy to apply, lasts for ages in the pot and all day on the eyes. It comes in a great range of colours such as mid-brown and silvery grey which are great for daytime and a lovely sparkly black for evening. Have been asked several times where I buy my eyeliner.

Cheap as chips but I haven't found a better one.

Estee Lauder double wear liquid here too. Doesn't budge, even if you are a complete slattern late to bed and forget to take it off, it's still pretty much perfect in the morning!

I use a MAC twisty pencil one, it is waterproof and really, really good. It is one of the only beauty items I always repurchase when it runs out.

Avon supershock gel eyeliners (but they're pencils! confusingly) really don't smudge. They do need to be sharpened though.

I like Prestige automatic eyeliner (it's a twisty one) I've been using it for years.

For those recommending urban decay, which shade is just a normal black? There are hundreds of shades, all with strange names.

Urban decay perversion is the black shade they also do a 24:7 liquid liner bit I haven't tried that yet
