Quick fixes for dry skin?

My skin has suddenly turned very dry. In particular I have rough dry patches on my chin and above my lip!

I've gone from combination oily to combination dry! It's gotten worse since I came back from hols.

I'm on the Clinique 3 step system which has always worked in the past. I took all my products back and the sales assistant changed me to the no 2 programme.

I know I need to give it time to work but need something for these dry patches that doesn't cost €€€€

I have very dry skin. The only thing that gets rid of dry patches is Weleda Skin Food. It's cheapest on Amazon.
