Best bronzer

Has anyone got any recommendations for a bronzer or bronzing pearls? Is it an alternative to foundation, do you use it on its own?

Have Guerlain one....very, very natural and the slight fragrance takes me back to my youth in the 80's when Guerlain was THE bronzer. Have also got a lovely dr Hauschka Gel Bronzant (in a bottle) which goes on beautifully alone and is very, very natural as no glittery bits.
