Fashion/style blog recommendations?

Can anyone recommend some fashion blogs please? For someone mid-30s and not very fashion-y. I would like to look 'polished, groomed and glamorous' if possible Grin. Not keen on high fashion trendy looks or floaty/boho style.

Does my bum look 40 in this, is a good one. She is v stylish.

Try and find one where the blogger is a similar shape to you. I like Does my bum look 40 too, but she is tall and slim and I am short and generously boobed. What she wears would look dire on me!

Hmmmm I am 5'7" and size 14, hoping to slim down a bit as still carrying lots a bit of baby weight... I'm a reasonable shape though, it's all fairly evenly spread out!

I've just been looking on the first 2 blogs suggested and all the pics are of skinny, tanned lovelies who would look stylish and gorgeous in anything Sad

Mid-sized bloggers are hard to find! Lots of skinny Minnies, a fair few plus sized bloggers, but not a vast amount in the 12-14 range, IME.

Maybe it's a gap in the market...? If only I was very stylish with lots of time to go shopping, I could plug that gap!

I like Kendi Everyday - she is taller, skinnier and much more colourful than I am, and lives somewhere warm enough to have her legs out much more than I do, but I like her exuberance. Wouldn't wear everything she does, or even much of it thb, but still like her.

I would just look at what the bloggers whose style you like wear, and adapt it for your shape. Sounds like that's what Remus does? It's what I do. Maybe follow some blogs and get a feel for what you like, then try some new looks based on what you've seen that you think will work for you? I think it takes time to work your own style out.

I like 40bum lady too - but I'm a size 12-14 pear shape 5ft9 and haven't found any "mid" size bloggers - definitely a gap to be filled

if only I wasn't a knackered mum of 6mo and 3.5 boys living in the stix I'd start my own
