Lizard legs!

My legs are really dry and scaly. I exfoliate with gloves and a shower oil, use body butter and drink lots of water but they still look awful, and even worse when I fake tan.

Is there anything out there that works on this?

Have a go with La Roche-Posay 'Iso-Urea'. It's not the cheapest but it's the best thing I've ever used on my own scaly reptilian bits.

Oh, you poor thing! I get a bit of that, but it's much better now that I make sure I eat plenty of good fats, I eat lots of olive oil, beef lard, coconut oil, wild faffy fish etc. Also, you could try dry brushing, I haven't tried it myself but I have heard many good things about it. Also try coconut oil.

A cheaper alternative is either coconut oil or Soap and Glory body butter at every opportunity.

Can you slather it on thick then sit with your feet up while it soaks in?

Coconut oil
Eucerin cream
Palmers cocoa butter

I am a fellow scaley- coonut oil, body butter etc doesn't work.

You need a urea based moisturiser, body brushing and a bath/shower oil smoothed on under coolish water.

The sun helps too.

Brilliant, thanks. I have coconut oil so I'll start trying that!

If you need eurea then eucerin will work.
