Nail varnish is 'bubbling'

Brand new bottle.

Also tried an older bottle and the same thing happens. Any tips? ThankYou

I find this happens in hot weather so maybe that's it?

I get this if my nails aren't completely dry before I apply varnish.

It sounds to me that either your hands and polish are too warm or the polish is a bit too thick.
