Will make me look slightly better in my bikini.
I'm not that overweight, just a bit. I'm happy to do exercise (whatever you suggest!).
I used to work out a lot, but I've done nothing since Feb.
My diet isn't great, for example today I've had white toast,ice cream, packet of crisps, jacket with a supermarket bought coronation chicken sauce thingy.
I've just tried on my new bikini and I look terrible, wobbly.
Anyone know something that I can follow word for word?
