Horrible work uniform help!

Have just started a job where we have to wear a fleece, black zip up kind and a chambray shirt... What trousers and shoes could I wear with this to make it look smarter

Would these go? I have them in the stone colour and like them. I think if you go to smart you could clash with a fleece. As for shoes brogues or ballet style shoes would go.

Pretty good I think. I am between sizes myself, but know this (big backside), so sized up, although the smaller did up ok. However I think that is just me, I am between sizes in most shops, most people on the reviews thought they were true to size.
