What the heck is my bra size - please help!

I've put on a bit of weight and I know I need a new bra. I have done the measurements and entered them into a range of online bra calculators with a range of results - everything from 36D to 38AA!! My underboob meansures 34 and my boobage 38". I'm off to M&S tonight and I'm going to end up taking arm loads of bras to the changing rooms...

Am NO expert, but for starters if your body measurement is 34, then that's your back size. I'd guess 34D.

34D if you pulled the tape tight under your boobs and measured the biggest part whilst leaning over.

Wowsa... I've always worn an A cup. I'm 5'10" and quite broad shouldered so maybe my boobs just look small in proportion to my body. Should be an interesting trip to M&S...

if you are 34 and 38 then a 34D is the place to start, but try taking the leaning over measurement.

Having tried on many, many M&S bras, it seems I am a 34C. Not the 36A I have been wearing for years. Felt quite chuffed when I finally bought my new bras!
