She is a redhead, and has lightly freckle arms, and a very white back and décolleté. When she was very little, she got quite badly sunburned while wearing a short sleeved t shirt, and her arms from the edge of the sleeves down (if you see what I mean) are slightly darker than from there up. Once again, IYSWIM! It really isn't a huge problem, but she is a bit conscious of it, and usually wears clothes that cover it.

She has a most wonderful black dress for her 6th form ball with spaghetti straps. It looks amazing against her white skin- but she is very conscious of the "line" on her upper arms. Is there anything she could do? Is there such a thing as an incredibly pale spray tan that would even things up? Or any other ideas?

Johnson's holiday skin? Very subtle too.

You can get light spray tans. Go to a salon that does sprays and talk to them about it. Maybe have a practice run. Hope she enjoys her prom.

there is also that sally hanson stuff for legs or just use a tinted moisturiser or foundation.

Or you could just get her a nice shrug to wear with it?

She's got a shrug- but if you could see the back of this dress..........!
