Hi. I am going to a posh evening work event soon. I was thinking of wearing this dress:

What to wear with it? Was thinking gold shoes and bag, hair up and big dangly earrings? Or nude shoes and bag?

I agree: go for full shoe. I think either a statement necklace or earrings especially if your hair is up.
