Impossible bag needed

Hi - hoping somebody may know where I can get a bag like this from, I'm yet to come across one on my travels and am beginning to think it doesn't exist!
I need a bag that -

• Goes with two different dresses for two different weddings (baby blue for the first, pink/lilac for the second) - so maybe cream, blue, pink or gold?
• Is relatively small, going to re-use it at the airport on my holidays, only needs to hold a small purse, phone, lippy/small bottle of suncream, keys etc for the weddings, plus a passport/boarding pass for holidays
• Is dressy enough for the wedding but not too OTT for holidays
• Is less than £40 (if online that needs to include delivery!)

So (fingers crossed!) has anybody seen anything like it? Thank you for any help!
