Primer for combo/oily skin

Can anyone recommend a decent primer that's not too expensive
I've tried the Nivea one and also tried lanacane but I had really bad breakouts with both,
I did notice the difference when putting foundation on so i want to get one that's going to keep my skin spot free

I use beauty flash balm, works really well for me, I have v dry cheeks and nose, v greasy chin and forehead.

It's not totally matte, which I actually like, as it makes the difference between the dry and the greasy bits less obvious, but if you want a dead matte one it might not be right.

I have been using one which i bought at a Temple Spa party. It is this. It is the best primer i have ever used.
