Great flip flops - any recommendations please?

I like wearing flip flops around the house but have never found the ideal pair. They always seem to stretch and get baggy around the toe post so don't cling well to my feet and take more effort to keep on...IYSWIM?

Any recommendations for flip flops that are comfortable to run around in all day, and that keep their shape?

Thanks Thanks

I love Reef and find them by far the most comfortable. Especially the ones with fabric thing bits. My havianas rub

I have loads of pairs, and live in flip flops.

I have one pair of Havaianas (but they're new, so I don't know how breakable they will be), several pairs from Accessorise. These are mainly beaded/decorated ones, and some have withstood wear better than others. I do have one Accessorise pair I remember wearing while pregnant with DD2, who is nearly 11, which are still going strong. The sole has been moulded with my footprints.

But my favourite pair are from FatFace. They have a beaded leather strap.

I got some Havainas for a fiver in tk maxx. They are brown but will compliment my tanned feet. Ha!

These little beauties are just so comfy teva

I have never been able to get on with flip flops, always had sore toe bits. But my goodness my feet love these so much, it's like walking on mashmallows! I have always bought tevas for walking summer wear as they last years, so when my last pair of 8years died I replaced them and ordered a pair of flip flops to try out.

I also vote for Havaianas. I have a few pairs. They are very comfortable and they wear well.

Costco have them in at the moment for £15

Fit flops, also North Face base camp flip flops - so, so comfy - I keep mine mainly for wearing after hiking when my feet are hot & tired - amazing, but I suspect not hard-wearing enough for wearing all the time, like the fit flops.

I have ugg flip flops, very hard wearing. Also love fit flops, they have some lovely red leather ones.

Birkenstock's 'Lene' or 'Energy'.

Ipanema or Accessorise. Havainanas are very heavy on the foot IMHO.

I can't wear anything with a toepost but SIL, who didn't used to be able to, swears that Golddiggas toeposts are much softer than most.

Crocs again. Indestructible and can be worn in and out of the sea, in the garden, or wherever. A quick wash in hot soapy water and they're like new. I have a pair in dk brown which seem to go with everything. Hopefully they'll keep going for years!

Gandys - founded by two brothers who lost their parents in the Boxing Day tsunami. Its a social enterprise which aims to support orphans in some of the poorest places in the world. Flip flops with a conscience here
