I don't mind them with skirts/dresses, it's seeing them with jeans that's just horribly 90s/00s. Like they should go with bleached flared low-rise jeans, a navel piercing and a hanky top.

BumWad · 31/05/2014 18:15

Well 90s.

Awful unless you're 60+

MrsCampbellBlack · 31/05/2014 18:17

I have some that I wear with jeans. They are utterly gorgeous and comfortable.

Bindibach · 31/05/2014 18:34

I love them and think they look very elegant and are seriously comfy.

EyelinerQueen · 31/05/2014 18:36

I hate them. So so dated.

Either wear flats or wear heels not those half arsed weird looking ugly things.

MrsCampbellBlack · 31/05/2014 18:37

Honestly, mid heels are everywhere. Mine are things of beauty. Strokes them in manner of Gollum.

seasalty50 · 31/05/2014 18:37

I love them. I have a pair of black patent slingbacks with a kitten heel.

Bindibach · 31/05/2014 18:40

Kitten heels are totally back on trend and I personally prefer them to "slapper shoes" .

MrsCampbellBlack · 31/05/2014 18:44

You and me both bindibach.

seasalty50 · 31/05/2014 18:45

And me bindi

threepiecesuite · 31/05/2014 19:07

I hate them, but they are better than those giant t-bar rainbow coloured jelly wedges I see seem to be having a bit of a fashion moment.

MyrtleDove · 31/05/2014 19:08

You can get far nicer mid heels than kitten heels though! Kitten heels are ugly, a nice mid heel is fine.

Fairyliz · 31/05/2014 19:11

I love them, more comfortable than heels but more dainty than flats.

whereisshe · 31/05/2014 19:11

They're back, but as always when they're back stacked low heels are also back (I assume the kitten heel haters insist). I quite like them but not as slingbacks (practical reasons, impossible to walk in).

MrsCampbellBlack · 31/05/2014 19:19

Mine are also slingbacks. You all really want my shoes don't you

Bindibach · 31/05/2014 19:20

I do!! I do!! Im sure we could compare collections too. Some of mine are from way back and some are new.

Bindibach · 31/05/2014 19:30

These are some of the ones I am desiring at the moment.

Kitten heels?!
Kitten heels?!
Kitten heels?!
Bindibach · 31/05/2014 19:31

Possibly not as "kittenie" as some of my older ones but love them I do.

Minnieisthedevilmouse · 31/05/2014 19:32

If you like blisters and a headache go for it. Tbh I'd not waste money on them again. Been there done that.

MrsCampbellBlack · 31/05/2014 19:32

Mine are navy rockstuds

Bindibach · 31/05/2014 19:34

But they are soooo easy to wear compared to high heels. I have been there, don't it and getting more. Smile

Bindibach · 31/05/2014 19:34

Love a Rockstud.!!

Bindibach · 31/05/2014 19:35

should have read "done it" . Sorry.

cosikitty · 31/05/2014 19:37

You lot are showing your age. These seem to be back in, not a big fan, but they look better than the humongous wedges and heels which were worn at the wedding I just came back from. And at least they can be walked in rather than shuffled in.

cosikitty · 31/05/2014 19:48

And you won't look like a prostitute!
