Kimono type things

I'm about to have DC3, all being well will be breast feeding, and refuse to wear nursing clothes as experience has taught me they're frumpy, expensive and not any easier for feeding than normal clothes!

I've usually worn a top and cardi to provide reasonable cover but this is my first summer baby so will (hopefully if the weather is good) not want a proper cardigan.

So I wondered if a vest top with lighter kimono type thing would be a good alternative. Has anybody seen some nice drapey kimonos or similar? I haven't been in a clothes shop for months so no idea what is out there! I've spied this one but mint velvet generally doesn't fit me well.

Know what you mean about nursing clothes! Would think a vest and kimono would be a good alternative. What col ours do you like? New look have got loads of cheapish ones at the moment. I bought their blue paisley one the other day but also saw a lovely coral/reddish one in there.

Colours, even!

Oh blue and coral sound perfect - another reason I don't do mint velvet is because their colours are a bit drab on me. Will def have a look in new look as we have one in the nearest town.thanks!

Can't find the coral one on their website, but it was in store. The blue one is linked to on the other kimono thread at the moment.
