Streaky tan. Out tonight. HELP!!

Out tonight for cocktails in sunshine. Outfit sorted - navy kimono dress & grey wedges.

I am very pale skinned & as my legs haven't seen the light of day since last September i thought I'd put on some tan. I used Dove Summer Sun. I have woken up & my legs are so streaky & blotchy. I used the fair to medium!!

What can I do? Solutions please!! Do I put more on? Buy another tan & apply over the top?

I'm going to body pump & zumba in a bit, so will catch up when I get back!

Nail varnish remover works

Oo thanks for quick reply Eduardo! I'll try that before I go to class.
Thanks.

I would apply rimmel sun shimmer over the top. Best applied with a mitt or sock over your hand! Start with a little and build to the colour you want. It's temporary so can be washed off but doesn't budge until you shower with soap.

Oh thanks Strawberry - i'll pick some up after class. I used a mitt for the Dove summer tan!!
I'm so fair skinned. Wish I could embrace it, but after 6 months of no sun exposure my legs are almost blue!! Grin

I am exactly the same, fair skinned but not the nice porcelain fair that you can embrace, I'm the corn beef hash, veiny, blue, mottled type that looks awful without a tan!

I never tan naturally so always have to fake tan in someway to make me feel more confident!

Last year I discovered palmers cocoa butter gradual tan which I liked and it kept me topped up on holiday after a spray tan. If you can stand the chocolaty smell that is.

We sound similar Strawberry. Dove is my usual one as even the fair one makes such a difference, but I must be out of practice.
Off to classes now & hoping some might sweat off! I'll get some rimmel later.
Thanks Smile

Head and shoulders shampoo is great for getting fake tan off. Use with an exfoliating mitt preferably.

Top tip! Thanks Charlie Smile
