Sorry H&M but this is beyond crap

I ordered a top online on April 22nd. The top arrived almost 2 weeks later, Monday 5th June. This in itself is shocking. I tried the top on, realised it was way too big, filled the exchange form for a smaller size and took it to the post office right away. The replacement top has just arrived!!!!
Are H&M always this awful??

I assume you meant 5th May, as 5th June is still in the future.

Don't H&M realise that with the likes of Amazon, John Lewis and Boden we have way higher expectations when shopping online????

Two weeks is quick for H&M, the only two times I've ordered online from them I've waited at least three weeks. I've stopped ordering online from them now.

Also agree thats actually quick for them, they must have been listening to all of us moaning about delivery times.

I only ever buy ds stuff from h&m now, i get his stuff in the sales for the coming months so i dont mind the long wait!

They always make mistakes, it's ridiculous. Have you complained? I've always managed to get a nice discount from them for next purchase so all works out cheaper in the end! As long as I order my next purchase way in advance for whatever I'm buying for.
