I've been self tanning and spray tanning for years, you name it, I've tried it. I'm relatively adept at self tanning now but always in search of that elusive product that gives a good natural colour, no streaks and fades rather than develops unsightly patches.

Hallelujah, borrowed DD's palmers coco butter gradual tan (bought in Primark for about £3, around £5/£6 elsewhere) and it's bloody great! Tried it twice now to be sure and highly recommend! Give it a go!
and no, before you ask I don't work for themSmile

Rumours · 30/05/2014 07:13

Thanks will get some today and give it a go Smile

RoyCroppersOldBag · 30/05/2014 08:05

Thanks Tigsy I shall give that a whirl :)

Lekr and why didn't you tell us :)

Ledkr · 30/05/2014 08:34

Because I actually prefer the garner summer body one if I'm honest Grin but the palmers one is v good.

ElleJameson · 30/05/2014 13:09

How long does the £3 tub last you?! I need to get in on this!

TigsytheTiger · 30/05/2014 13:29

Not sure how long it will last, suppose it depends how often you use it! I will probably use it once a week and so I reckon 4 to 6 weeks? Maybe more?

I've had a lot of nice comments, someone thought it was natural and someone else who knows me better thought I had had a professional tan!

I'm not personally a fan of the smell of coco butter but the results are definitely worth it.

I might pop into primark tomorrow then. My legs are in desperate need of some colour.

RonaldMcDonald · 30/05/2014 15:06

How is it for the pale blue among us?

pictish · 30/05/2014 15:08

I've had a lot of nice comments, someone thought it was natural and someone else who knows me better thought I had had a professional tan!

Hmmm...I'd rather have been asked if I'd just been on holiday. That's a real 'professional tan'. Wink

TigsytheTiger · 30/05/2014 15:55

That's what I meant by someone thought it was natural, they thought it was a holiday tan!

I'm quite pale naturally, which is why I like the colour. I would say give it a go, for the price!

Adds disclaimer - I can only vouch for my own experience and hope it is as good for you!! Grin
