Back pack for DH

DH has requested a new back pack for his birthday. His current one is a sporty type thing and pretty worn out, as he carries it everywhere. His specifications are:
At least as big as current one (it doesn't say but can fit running shoes and clothes in.)
Black / brown / blue / grey
Trendy / fashionable (?)
Waterproof
Comfortable to carry
At least 3 different pockets / sections
Not too bad looking if he's working and wearing shirt and tie / suit (this one is likely to be hardest!)
Any ideas?

I was coming on to recommend a fab one that I bought for my husband this time last year. It is waxed leather, John Rocha from Debenhams and looks way more than the £60 I paid. Doesn't look like it is available anymore but the one above may fit your requirements.

Thanks for the link. I'm not sure about the buckles, I think DH might not be keen on those. However there's a nice range on debenhams to look at, thank you.
