Look at these handbags for me please?

I need a navy handbag to wear with an outfit for DD1's graduation. I was looking for patent leather but they are thin on the ground. I am wearing this this dress with shoes.

The two i have found i like are this one and this one

The first is ££ whereas the second is £££. My DH likes the second one and i think he would buy it for mesa he has recently got a very good bonus a work. But i don't want to be swayed by price or label.

Tell me honestly which one you like. If you like neither and can find better then i am open to suggestion.

Oh MrsLettuce That Jimmy Choo one is so beautiful i almost cried. It would be perfect for my evening bag. And maybe i could get a less expensive bigger bag too, all for the price of the Mulberry.

I am open to any and all suggestions. I am thankful to all who have contributed so far.

Gorgeous dress n shoes. Mulberry is wonderful but rather indulgent/ unnecessary? (Not that I've held back from being either of those things where Mulberry is concerned).

personally, with that dress I'd go for something smaller, but if you want a big bag, I like the Aspinal Hepburn one too, it's nice and dressy.

I like the mulberry, but for me, if I was looking for a big bag with a £1k budget, I'd get something less matchy, I quite like this ebury

Here is an update on my shopping trip.

I chose this one. It is smaller and more streamlined than the one i linked to previously. The Mulberry was beautiful but too expensive and not functional enough for regular use.

I am happy with my purchase but i now need a navy clutch for evening and there are none in the shops. I think a look on e bay or Amazon is required.

Are you wearing that dress to the evening as well? Does it have to be a navy clutch?

I am wearing the shoes with an evening dress to a different event so a clutch or evening type bag will be needed.

The mulberry is gorgeous. I would hesitate to spend so much unless you love it and will get lots of use out of it. I hate how they have racked their prices up so much!
