Any tips for an instant pick me up?

All my clothes seem ill-fitting, size 14/16 5ft 4 with large tummy area. I'm living in Sainsbury's jeans & a hoody most days. My hair looks a mess, my skin is pale & shiny.

I just feel rubbish & want to be able to make some small changes so I can leave the house feeling better about myself.

For a gradual tan, I'd recommend St Tropez's Aftersun containing a hint of self tan - see www.asos.com/St-Tropez/St-Tropez-Aftersun-Lotion-With-A-Hint-Of-Self-Tan-150ml/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=2304613

It's fairly idiot proof as you just slap it on like a normal aftersun. Remember to exfoliate and shave your legs the day before you apply.

Skater dresses, leggings or tights and a cropped cardi - my go to outfit and can be dressed up or down.
A decent bra can really change your shape and nice pants, just because.
I love having my brows tinted (and shaped), makes me look 'made up' even when I cant be bothered! I cant believe what a difference they make.
Vaseline on eyelashes morning and night and comb through - helps you look awake without faffing with mascara (I hate the stuff) and heps them grow.
Little bit of blush wakes up a pale face. Sleep Rose Gold is an amazing shade.

Hope you feel better about yourself soon. Its not just about looks, but feeling comfortable
