Growing hair and styling

Just that really. I am growing out a bob and at the moment my hair is just at shoulder level. It is naturally frizzy, so I usually just straighten it.

What can I do with it? I have grips, bands and clips, but have no idea what to do with it, other than shove it up into a boring ponytail.

I have tried YouTube videos but I'm 40, not 15!

Any tips for quick easy 'do's' suitable for work?

What about pinning a side back with a clip? H&M do really pretty little flower clips. Or you could do two french braids around your face with mini grips to hold in place? It would just keep it from your face and look ok.

What about this?

I like that BettyOff, thanks!

I've been messing around with grips for a while, but I can't get them to stay in!

Are you putting grips in the right way up? The wavy side of the grip should be closest to your scalp

I'm in the same boat OP. My hair is poker straight though. I love that head-band-twist "do". Will definitely try that as the video made it look quite straight forward. 17LeftFeet I had no idea there was a right & wrong way to put in the hair grips. Thanks!

Neither did I until my hairdresser enlightened me -makes a huge difference
