Which GHDs?

It's my birthday at the end of the week and since I'm usually lucky enough to get money (my family know my love for shopping well!) I thought I'd treat myself to some GHDs, seeing as though I seem to have to replace £40ish ones on an annual basis!

My local salon has the nice pastel coloured ones in at the moment for £100, does that seem reasonable? How long do they take to heat up? Or should I get different ones?

I'd be really grateful for any advice!

Hi. I got the Gold V for my birthday recently with the bag/mat. They heat up super fast and are so much better than the cheapy pair I had.

I think the pastel ones are limited edition sets (I've seen IV model sets for £89 on Lookfantastic)

My hairdresser said not to bother with the latest 'Eclipse' model. They've had loads of problems with them in the salon and have had to send them back for repair/replacement!

I think it is the going price, especially as the pastel ones are brand new. I have the wonderland ones and they heat up within seconds and glide through your hair, the sleep timer is really handy as well.

Thank you, I'll have a look at those!
