Help for first date

My best friend has just started online dating and finally has a date. I have been looking myself but fitted clothes are not really in fashion at the minute but that's what she needs.
It's a Friday/ Saturday night out in the city so it needs to fit in but obviously not to try hard.
She's about a12/14 and she's toned so good legs but not an hour glass so would need something to bring out her waist?
Her colouring is classic brunette.

Ok thanks I'll take a look - I'll check out the dating threads - just have no idea about date wear so struggling to help.

What type of thing would she normally wear and what would she feel comfortable in?

I agree in making am effort but think she should still be true to her self.

I always find trying clothes on with decent fitting rooms and helpful staff helps, so maybe she could go shopping when it is likely to be quieter.

Sorry this is probably not helping!
