Perricone?

Baptising my baby in four weeks. Just back from festival revelry and I look OLD......

I'm starting the perricone anti wrinkle diet TODAY.....

Has anybody done this and did it work? (And does anybody fancy joining me?)

Tell us more about the diet. I tested the cream a while ago. What put me of was both the ££££ and the smell, so a diet sounds appealing.

You eat stacks of salmon and drink loads of waters and the wrinkles literally fall put of your skin. No carbs. It's all common sense really but can shift some years off you. Apparently.

So what are you going to eat on atypical day?

I do the 3 day diet - here - before a big event if I'm looking spotty. It clears my skin up a treat.

I believe there's also a 28 day diet but I haven't tried that.

Giving up refined sugar does have a quick and amazing effect on my skin. It goes from okay to clear and glowing. Add smoked salmon and avodaos to the mix and you'll be glowing so much you'll be seen from space.

Yes, I'll be doing avocado eggs salmon as basis for my meals, not really decided details....

My mum aging before her time with a clear sugar addiction, and my wrinkliest chum is also obsessed with cake etc. I'm heading the same way. I'm convinced sugar does break down collagen.
