Non transferable eye liner??

I've tried everything, I live eyeliner but don't like the little arcs I get where I've opened my eyes. surely there's something that doesn't do this.
I've just tried primer but no, still arcs.
Any suggestions?

Liquid eyeliner is the way forward. I recommend any by barry m and soap and glory. Just wait for them to dry and they won't budge all day.

Have you tried gel eyeliner? It's the only thing than doesn't budge for me. Bobbi Brown do really good one as does Maybelline for about third of price.

Blinc is good. Very hard to shift once it's dry.

I had the maybelline one but its dried out. I guess yiu are right,it didn't budge.
